At Denny Pharmacy we offer the Pharmacy First Service (Previously known as Minor Ailments).
This allows our pharmacists to prescribe medications to you and your family, for a wide range of ailments.
We can even prescribe antibiotics for some conditions. Our service is free of charge.
Some examples of conditions we can prescribe medications for include:
- Allergies
- Pain
- Skin rashes & infection
- Sore throats, coughs & colds
- Urine, skin & throat infections
- Minor eye & ear conditions
- Fungal infections
- Gastrointestinal problems, constipation, diarrhoea & IBS

Drop by any time, no appointment necessary. We have two pharmacists allowing us to be very flexible and able to spend time with anyone who needs help & advice.

If we feel that your condition requires treatment, we can prescribe a wide range of medications on the Pharmacy First service for you and your family, to treat minor ailments or conditions.

If we feel that your condition or ailment needs to be assessed by a GP, we will refer you directly. We will also advise you what service to attend such as minor injuries, A&E or opticians if we feel that you need further help.
