Once you register, our prescription reorder portal allows you to order your prescription online, 24/7.
Once you order online, you will receive updates from us at each stage of the process. This includes when we receive your order, when your order is sent to the GP practice and when we have your medicine ready for you to collect.
We work closely with local Medical Practices to offer a triage service. This means that you come to us and we assess your symptoms.
We then either give you advice, prescribe you medication as treatment or refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional, such as your GP.
This allows you and your family to get the right care, at the right time.

Otherwise, submit an enquiry form here and one of our team will call you back.
Yes, we offer Pharmacy First (previously called Minor Ailments) to everyone. This is free to everyone. It allows us to give people expert help for treating conditions such as sore throats, earache and cold sores, along with common clinical conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs). Our team offers advice, treatment or referral to other healthcare teams, if required. This will help people access the right care in the right place, without having to go to their GP practice or local Accident and Emergency Department for non-urgent treatment.
